Can I get a tattoo if I’m under 18?

Unfortunately the state of California does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to legally get tattooed – not even with parental consent.

Does it hurt?

Pain is relative but generally speaking, yes, it hurts. Your personal pain tolerance and placement of your tattoo are the major factors here.

How much is it going to cost?

Our shop minimum for anything on the hands, neck, feet, or face is $100. Anywhere else starts at $60. Pricing is determined by artist, placement, and design..

Should I tip my tattoo artist?

It’s always a nice gesture. A lot of time and effort went into the beautiful piece of art you’re now walking around with 24/7.

What should I get? And where?

Our artist are happy to work with you on design and best placement but the decision is ultimately yours.. You can choose something we’ve already drawn up or you can create something 100% custom with your artist. Pinterest is a great starting place for references if you’re looking for inspiration.

Is it OK to lay out in the sun or go to the tanning bed when you have tattoos?

Sun is the number one way to age and ruin a tattoo. Please, please, PLEASE, use sunscreen. There is no such thing as too much when it comes to protecting your art.
